Mm, I want to pierce my tongue. Then everyone can rejoice when it swells up because I'd be going 'mmm hmm mhmm' for probably 3 days. Joy ain't always long lasting. HAHA.

Week One of the Prelims was crap, but I'm glad it's over, what's with my rather intellectual-sounding English summary - although I think it's rather 'off' because I did alot of inferring, and there's the pleasing A Maths Paper 1, and the terrible follow-up, the History paper with Communist characteristics - major URGH and the screwed Chemistry paper that adds 9 points to my L1R5. DAMN.

I realise I've ended every paragraph with words in captitals so far, so this line shan't be an EXCEPTION.

I need my retail therapy, and my enthusiasm - if there was even much of it in the first place - for studying is dissipating into thin air.

Ohyeah, I'm thinking of getting a Livejournal account.

Eggs are prized, and nature's best laid treasure - at the moment that is. I seriously marvel at my mum. I wonder where she gets all that eggs from, to be able to continue with life as per normal. ie. My brother gets his daily serving of a hard boiled egg for breakfast, and she still bakes as much as before - think two or three times a week. AND she made EGG tarts yesterday.

Photoshoot! It was pretty fun actually, no change of clothes etc, because I'm actually just a model for a make-up artist's portfolio. But it's pretty good money nevertheless - $50 for about 2 hours of primping - 2 'looks'. I've got another 3 sessions or so with her after the Prelims, so you do the Math. *beams* I hate the thick make up though - it looks much thicker in real life than on reel, and it's just going to be eyeliner, blusher and lipstick for me for the time being. And she's promised to do my prom make up for me for free. Haha! Not bad yeah? Considering she's part of the make up team for Miss Singapore and such events.

My mum bought this bag of Halal crackers, the type you get in Malaysia at the little rest points like Machap. [Machap sounds like the name of a Pokemon, doesn't it?] Anyway, the label read Belinjo Nut Crispies, and it's produced by Strong Man Brand; yes, proclaimed loud and clear in a gaudy bright green, with a logo of a muscle man who has a miserable - for a 'strong man' - four-pack.

Ohyes, and I've landed myself with my first official 'job', one as a make up model - or so the lady calls it. It's pretty fun, being able to classify myself in that league of Miss Endless Legs and pretend that I'm oh-so-very taaalll. I'm deluded. Haha.

Mmm, my schedule's packed everyday. But that's probably because I wake at 1pm daily? I still feel lethargic though. Ack, this is bad.

It's terrible, having made such a big sacrifice only to be cheated of my feelings in the end. I stayed up the whole night - not a single wink of sleep, mind you - to complete F&N O'Level Coursework because Gurung had claimed today was the final submission. Well, I chose to give my O'Level project priority over the Prelim paper which was also today, and I screwed the damn paper because I didn't study everything. ERGH.

My slippers were being a bitch yesterday, but it was probably due to them that I met Aunty Audrey. Haha, no it's not another Aunty-Florence-The-Survey-Lady, but she's an agent, so it's pretty cool. I'm hoping she'd call me again with a job. Haha.

It's maddening how all these little 'modelling' jobs spring up only this year, the year of the damned O's. And it's irritating how the parental units diss every single agent who's come along, claiming that it's all a web of deceit. Would you call the exchange of namecards a hoax?

I realize even the tip of my second toe - I've got Greek feet, you see, haha - has not gone within an inch of the front door today, and I've spent more than 24 hours in my silky pyjamas.

Bummed around at home feasting on lotus mooncakes sans the yolk, which I pluck out from between each slice rather uncivily with my thumb and index finger, and deliver it to the mouth of my eagerly awaiting brother. He sounds like a dog. Haha. The bulldog I've always wanted, just less adorable, less compact, less wet - I'm talking about the drool here.

The USA Olympics 2004 Volleyball team has the cutest, not to mention hottest members. What's with Hoff and Billings and Stanley.. Feast for the eyes, I'd like to think so.

Been planning my schedule for each week - solely because I like knowing what there is to look forward to each day, whether it's going to be a hellish week, or a heavenly one - and not because I'm a control freak who finds life bouncing out of control once the wristwatch is slower by 5 minutes. Anyway, I'd love to skip school 4 days this week, which, when added to the weekend PLUS the September holidays, will make this a beautiful long 'weekend' of 13 days. But then again, there's Teachers' Day on Tuesday, which will make me seem like the most unfillial student if I decide to skip the celebration, although I think my presence will only serve to spoil the day for teachers like Seah. I'm still pondering about skipping the last day of school though.

And a little chunk off a survey just to keep me amused - it's going to be rather abstract, haha.

I hate the term 'boyfriend'/'girlfriend'. The relationship shared is something much more than just a 'friend who is a boy' or a 'friend who is a girl', and yet the term given is almost alike.

I don't understand how some can bear to call their boyfriend their husband, even if they do want to answer the Government's call for more bawls and wails in the near future.
I like to think of this word as something more 'sacred', because it means, afterall, a man joined to a woman in marriage.

I had possibly the ugliest Caucasian for my O' Level Oral Examination today, and I'm totally pissed with him. IF I DO NOT GET MY A1 FOR ENGLISH, I WILL urm, SOMETHING BAD WILL BEFALL HIM.

Reasons Why I'm Pissed With Him:
1] He refused to let me complete ANY sentence, and fired questions and more questions at me when my mouth was still open - with an incomplete word forming inside, I have to say.
2] He hopped around from spot to spot for my picture - leaving me fumbling for words with his weird questions.
3] He mumbles and speaks as though I'm his fellow countryman, and seems to have pebbles in his mouth - I'm guessing he's Australian, not that I have anything against them.
4] I had ALOT to say - and I was feeling extremely pleased with myself during the preparation over that - until I met him.
5] I might not get my A1 for English for the O's, and if that happens, I'd be utterly devastated.
6] He's destroyed my future. I can see it disintegrating before my very eyes. [Refer to point 5.]
7] He almost spoilt my otherwise perfect day.
8] Now everyone will think I ain't good at speaking the English language.

I saw the most beautiful reptile print bag today and it literally blew me away.
1] it's made of good quality hard leather.
2] there's actually reptile skin replica indents.
3] it's New-York-Chic-meets-Country-Bazaar.
4] it's very vintage looking.
5] it's pretty big, but not bulky.
6] it's retailing at half-price.

Damn, I really want it! But it's thirty buckeroos, and when I've got two pairs of the most exquisite, most unique heels and 4 presents to purchase on my list as well, it's not good news to my wallet. Neither is it to me.

Oohkay, I'm blogging from home on a Friday morning - one where the sky's silky blue and the clouds look skinny and less poofed up than usual. I think it'd rain later.

Conclusion: I'm not in school, where computers in the labs seem to be allergic to MSN and Blogger.

And because I'm blogging, and not lying around in bed moaning about my cramping up of style, or giving feeble whines about how I can't feel my legs, it means that I'm very healthy.

Conclusion: I skipped school! And left Bekah all alone! *cue evil laugh*

Yeah, so I'm bored. And feeling rather guilty. Or actually I'm wondering how I'd explain to Mr Wong why I skipped school AGAIN - my SECOND time in TWO weeks - when he asks me online. The trouble with teachers having you on MSN - damn.

Crow culling is creature cruelty. [Ahh, I love alliteration.] I think they should just cage the crows before gassing them out - just like Hitler did to the Jews at concentration camps - not that I'm an admirer of his sadistic works. But at least it's much better than shooting them in mid-air or off their perches. At least with gassing, they can sort of predict their deaths - who the hell would think they're being packed off on a holiday to Timbaktu when they're crammed together in a cage with feathers tickling their noses and being unable to sneeze [I don't think I've ever heard a crow sneeze, much less a bird.] to clear their very bothered airway - and in anycase, they'd be able to choke out heartfelt farewells beforehand. AND die together in love - this applies to the lovebirds. How Romeo and Juliet without the plentiful suffering.

Wouldn't it be the devastation of the century if you were perched high up in some nice shady tree - thinking you're really obscure and having alot of privacy to do stuffies with your sweetheart - when your lovebird falls off the branch with a loud bang - or worse, out of your winged arms - just as you're chirping sweet nothings to her? The only consolation - at least your devastation would be short-lived. You'd probably be next to go.

It's probably worse if you're shot while in flight. Imagine flying en route to Granny's house loaded down with a basket of worms and whatnots and feeling rather pleased because you remembered to beware of a certain Mr Wolf - or in this case, perhaps a Mr Cat. But what you don't expect is a Mr Bang whose unexpected visit knocks you out of the blue skies - along with that basket of worms. What a waste.
